My daughter-in-law, who is from Italy, adds Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese to her Oatmeal. I tried it and added the 3 cheese (shredded Parmesan, Romano and ?), Trader Joe’s Red Hawaiian Sea Salt and sometimes add sliced black olives and chopped avocado. It’s really good and addicting! It weaned me from the fattening butter and brown sugar that I used to add to my oatmeal.

Ooo I’ve been wondering about adding olive oil to oatmeal myself! Since you say it’s good I’m going to try it :D
